Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and consolidating all supplementary schedules and ensuring that financial statements are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • General Ledger Management: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts. Ensure the accuracy of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Aid in overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions. Review invoices, process payments, and manage vendor relationships. Monitor and collect outstanding customer balances.
  • Compliance and Audit: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting principles, legal regulations, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and justification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Background in the E-commerce industry is highly desirable.
