Collection Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management: Maintain and update customer account records, including bi-monthly aging of receivables and collection summaries. Upload aging reports to Monday Board and Teams by region, and send Statements of Account and Debit Notes to customers.
Hold Accounts Monitoring: Track and tag hold accounts in the customer database (Monday Board). Ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions.
Collections and Reporting: Follow up on collections and propose strategies to improve recovery. Prepare collection status reports, monthly data analysis, and collection efficiency metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
Skilled in presenting complex financial data clearly
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
