JOB SUMMARY:

The Finance Analyst supports the Grand Westside Megaworld Hotel's financial operations by providing accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing profitability. The Finance Analyst works closely with various operational departments to monitor budgets, track financial performance, and generate insights to improve overall results. Additionally, the role assists the Group Finance Director in consolidating financial reports from managed properties and in reviewing payables and receivables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry finance.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance teams.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel financial reporting standards
  • Willing to be assigned in Uptown, Taguig City, and/or Paranaque

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
