The Role\: Business Finance Analyst

This position is for future opportunities with Schneider. We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future positions in Business Finance to join us in the transformation for the competency center while driving financial performance, insights, action plans, advisory for supported Country/Zone/Entity or Business.

What will you do?

  • The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing financial and cost accounting data analysis. Provides high quality Financial Analysis, forecasting and analyzes complex financial data and determine their significance and prepare financial reports.
  • Connects with stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
  • Actively participates in Finance Transformation

Who will be successful?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. Includes any of the following:
  • Analysis of internal financial information (eg. profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.)
  • Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (eg.inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.)
  • Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities. 
  • Strong background in cost accounting and financial reporting 
  • Detail-oriented and with high level of integrity and work values
  • With good communication skills in English
  • Computer Literate, MS excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio.
  • Preferably have experience with Tableau or similar tools
  • Must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite
