We're Hiring: Senior Analyst, ERP System Engineer (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Parañaque City, Metro Manila

Engagement: Initial 12-month contract, with strong possibility of conversion to permanent

Industry: Hotel and Casino

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst, ERP Systems to join our team in the hotel and casino industry. This role will be working onsite full-time and will play a key part in driving ERP transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ERP modules and related systems across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll functions.

* Collaborate with business units to collect, validate, and translate requirements aligned with business processes and objectives.

* Configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions, including enhancements, custom reports, and integrations with third-party systems.

* Act as subject matter expert, providing technical support and ensuring smooth daily ERP operations.

* Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and consultants to maintain system stability and scalability.

* Support internal controls, compliance audits, and business continuity planning related to ERP systems.

Qualifications

* Minimum 6 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.

* Strong expertise in one or more functional areas: HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement.

* Proven experience with cross-system integrations and enterprise data mapping.

* Familiarity with SIT, UAT, change management, and version upgrades.

* Strong skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional/technical documentation.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

* Willing to work extended hours or on varying shifts during system cutover and go-live periods.

* Knowledge of compliance and data privacy standards is an advantage.
