
Training Admin Assistant Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and equipment
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certification databases
• Prepare training materials, handouts, and reports as needed - Communicate training details to employees and track confirmations
- Support trainers/facilitators with session setup, materials, and logistics
- Assist in evaluating training sessions by collecting and summarizing feedback
- Manage learning management system (LMS) data entry and updates
- Handle registration and enrollment for training programs
- Provide general administrative support to the Training and Development team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Able to report fully on site in Cubao, Quezon City
- Has internship allowance (claim at the end of internship)
