About the role
Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking an experienced Admin Associate - Permits and Licensing to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position that will be responsible for supporting our administrative and compliance functions related to permits and licensing.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the preparation and submission of permit and licensing applications
- Maintain records and documentation related to permits and licenses
- Coordinate with government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of applications
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team as needed
- Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or compliance role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of permit and licensing requirements in the Philippines is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
