Job Description:

  • Perform the execution of regulatory, financial, and operational audits and special projects.
  • Review company policies, procedures and records relevant to the audit assignment.
  • Conduct verification of supporting documents, records and reports.
  • Prepare clear and accurate working paper.
  • Draft preliminary audit findings for review by the Audit Supervisor/Manager.
  • Report or present the audit findings to the auditee.
  • Draft recommendations to align with the Company's established policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of the agreed corrective action.
  • Post-audit of expense reports (cash advances liquidation and cash and revolving fund reimbursements)
  • Perform audit field work as required, including testing of internal control, verification of documents.
  • Participate in training to enhance audit and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or at least any business course with accounting major subjects.
  • Keen eye to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • With strong communication skills
  • Knowledge in accounting and audit principles/standards
  • Must be focused, pro-active and professional
