Operations Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee and coordinate daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth execution of processes and timelines
· Monitor compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements (e.g., permits, certifications, audit reports)
· Review and organize operational reports, cost tracking, and documentation for management decision-making
· Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in systems, procedures, and reporting tools
· Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of company-wide initiatives or special projects
· Support leadership in preparing data summaries, presentations, and compliance documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of Business Management, Operations, IT, Accounting, or a related field
· At least 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or compliance roles
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of process tools or ERP systems is an advantage
· Knowledgeable in compliance processes, record-keeping, and internal controls
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Willing to work on-site and manage multiple priorities across teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
