Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fuel Operations and Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of diesel supply and delivery across multiple project sites. This role involves coordinating orders, monitoring deliveries, keep track of inventory, handling supplier billing and payments, and ensuring smooth, on-time operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process diesel orders for multiple sites.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fuel to all locations.
  • Prepare and reconcile billing documents, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
  • Process and monitor payments to suppliers and maintain updated transaction records.
  • Track fuel usage and inventory to prevent shortages or delivery delays.
  • Communicate effectively with site personnel, fuel suppliers, and logistics teams to address concerns or scheduling issues.
  • Prepare reports for management on fuel consumption, costs, and supplier performance.
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, purchasing, or fuel operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
  • Honest, proactive, and committed to operational efficiency.

Location: Cebu City

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
