DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and implement project instructions and directives from the Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks both in the office and on-site.

· Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

· Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and resource planning to support project budgeting and procurement.

· Prepare, organize, and manage comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and technical correspondence.

· Attend client meetings, site coordination meetings, and liaise effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to resolve project issues and facilitate smooth operations.

· Drive to and from project sites regularly, ensuring hands-on supervision and field engineering support.

· Assist in troubleshooting technical problems on-site and provide practical solutions to keep the project on track.

· Support the Project Manager in scheduling, monitoring project timelines, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

· Provide administrative support as needed while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach to project challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must have experience in Water/Wastewater.

· Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

· Proven ability to drive and conduct site visits regularly; valid driver's license required.

· Strong field engineering skills with experience in supervising construction or project sites.

· Excellent documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other project management software.

· Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

· Detail-oriented with a creative and organized mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
