Production Coordinator – Job Description

The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations in the printing and embroidery department. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing resources, and facilitating communication across departments to meet client requirements, production targets, and quality standards. The position requires familiarity with MDR machines, embroidery equipment, and manual printing processes, ensuring that manpower, materials, and timelines are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily embroidery, MDR machine, and manual printing schedules in line with customer orders and company deadlines.
  • Act as the central communication point between production staff, supervisors, management, and other departments (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics).
  • Monitor production output from embroidery, MDR machine, and manual printing operations, ensuring that quality standards, color accuracy, and design specifications are met.
  • Coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams to secure raw materials, inks, threads, fabrics, and other supplies necessary for smooth production.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain accurate production records, job orders, performance reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving workflow issues, manpower shortages, or machine downtime by reallocating resources or adjusting schedules.
  • Support compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety standards, and industry regulations in the production floor.
  • Work closely with supervisors, embroidery operators, and print staff to ensure efficiency, minimal wastage, and continuous process improvements.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to management, including job progress, machine utilization, and production performance.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work across teams.
  • Knowledge of textile printing, embroidery processes, MDR machine operations, and manual printing techniques (training can be provided if needed).
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot production delays.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production-related software/tools for scheduling and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
