Permanent | Day Shift (PH)

We're Healthstin — an allied health provider with 8 clinics across Australia. Our PH-based Client Services Managers are the bridge between our clinicians and clients, ensuring people with disabilities, injuries, and aged care needs get the care they deserve.

What You'll Do (where your PT background shines)

  • Speak with clients and families about their conditions, goals, and therapy options
  • Use your PT knowledge to explain how physiotherapy & exercise physiology can improve outcomes
  • Match clients with the right practitioner (physio or EP) based on their needs
  • Support clinicians by managing bookings, treatment notes, and aligning client goals with therapy plans
  • Handle NDIS, Medicare, DVA, and Aged Care paperwork so therapists can focus on treatment
  • Maintain clear client records and progress notes in systems (Cliniko, GoHighLevel)
  • Work hand-in-hand with Australian clinicians daily — helping them deliver the best care possible
