Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the client's overall business goals.
Lead the talent acquisition process to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring a robust and diverse workforce. Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, recognition programs, and the development of a positive workplace culture. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and the implementation of development plans for employees.
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, supporting decision-making on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and best practices. Lead the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting disciplinary actions when necessary. Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing HR process efficiencies and automation opportunities.
Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives in HR processes, leveraging technology to enhance employee experience. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. The Successful ApplicantQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong HR operations experience. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a large, complex organization, preferably in the security or service industry. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in a multinational environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Experience with HR systems and digital transformation in HR processes is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
