Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership and Organizational Development: Shape and execute an HR strategy aligned with business growth, drive organizational design and cultural transformation, and serve as a key advisor to the executive team.
  • Talent, Performance, and Development: Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and rewards, and learning programs to build leadership pipelines, motivate performance, and support both employees and independent business owners.
  • HR Operations, Compliance, and Analytics: Ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and use of HR data analytics to provide insights, optimize processes, and guide strategic decision-making.
What you will need
  • 7-10 years of extensive human resources experience
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and implement strategies on the ground aside from coming up with high-level strategies and communicating with executives
  • Willingness to work in the Ortigas Business District
What is expected of you in 3-6 months
