QUALIFICATIONS
Preferrably Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Sales Background
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a sales or business development role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering sector, focusing on
building relationships with potential clients in the prefab industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the company's engineering
services and solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing client inquiries regarding
engineering design, project feasibility, and construction methodologies.
Assist in the preparation of project estimates,budgets, and timelines based on client specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment between client expectations
and project deliverables.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any
concerns or issues that may arise.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Other duties that may be assigned and deemed necessary in the course of the company's business
