We are looking for Sales Engineers to join our growing team in Cebu

If you're passionate about sales, driven to meet targets, and ready to do fieldwork and lead generation in the steel and construction industry, this role is for you.

As a Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Generate leads and identify new project opportunities and clients
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and decision-makers
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer the right solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on deals
  • Represent the company professionally in sales activities and trade events
  • Meet sales targets and provide market feedback

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—must be passionate about sales
  • At least 1 year of sales experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to do fieldwork
  • Based in or willing to work in Cebu
  • Can start immediately
