About the role

This is a full-time Sales Engineer role based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of the company's products and services to customers in the Cebu region. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and convert new business opportunities, while also providing technical expertise and support to existing clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new sales leads within the local market
  2. Engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  4. Collaborating with the technical team to provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline
  6. Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the construction/real estate industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business value
  4. Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
  5. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
  6. Familiarity with the Cebu market and existing customer relationships would be an advantage
