Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer
to join our dynamic team in Japan. This is a
full-time, on-site role

for qualified candidates.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical support and consultative sales solutions to clients
  • Present our products and services to commercial and industrial customers
  • Conduct technical assessments and troubleshoot issues
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings

This role involves frequent client interactions, technical consultations, and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our international presence.

Qualifications:

  • Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Proficiency in Sales and Communication
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
