About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook specializing in Filipino cuisine to join our kitchen team. If you take pride in preparing traditional dishes like adobo, sinigang, kare-kare, and lechon, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Filipino dishes following traditional recipes.
  • Use proper cooking techniques such as gisa, inihaw, paksiw, and nilaga.
  • Set up and maintain clean, organized workstations.
  • Ensure food is cooked safely and presented attractively.
  • Maintain inventory and handle native Filipino ingredients.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist with menu development.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Costing Food mis en place and report to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience cooking Filipino cuisine in a restaurant or catering setting.
  • At least 1 year of work experience (karenderya or standard business establishment)
  • Familiarity with Filipino ingredients and regional cooking styles.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary training is a plus, but not required.
  • Good Hygiene and clean.
