The candidate will be working as a griller and line cook.

As a GRILLER, you will work on a charcoal grill with exhaust. Your daily routine includes firing up the grill, prepare food products, grill, check inventory and reorder, clean up station at closing.

As a COOK, you will work on a 4 to 6 high pressure gas range, to cook and fry. Your daily routine includes preparing food products and prep table, verify inventory, take out stocks, cook and plate, at closing check stocks and reorder and clean up station.

Qualifications:
• Has 1yr up experience in fast food service setup is preferred.
• Can clearly communicate verbally and through written reports.
• Has decent math and organization skills.
• Is highly organized, disciplined and honest, with likeable values.
• Practices standards, safety & hygiene.
• Is a team player willing to commit long term and grow towards senior cook.

Specifications:
• Reports on time to take over the station.
• Follows all operational protocols to the letter
• Communicates with the team on all matters.
• Takes full responsibility and accountability on what he produces.
