As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and elevating the agency's reputation in the premium staffing industry through expert talent acquisition and relationship management.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 45,000-49,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (with 1-hour unpaid break)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Screen and evaluate applications from potential household staff using the Engine Hire platform
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for high-end households
  • Perform thorough reference checks and background verifications
  • Collaborate with the social media team to attract top-tier candidates through online channels
  • Manage and optimize job postings to ensure quality applicant flow
  • Provide consultative insights to agency leadership on market trends and candidate availability
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for efficient matching with client needs
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for agency growth

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in recruiting, preferably in household staffing or luxury service industries
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to assess candidates beyond resumes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-end clientele
  • Proven track record of successful placements in domestic or related fields
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, specifically Engine Hire
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Understanding of the unique expectations of high-net-worth families
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred
