Job Description
As a Workforce Scheduling and Recruitment Analyst, you'll manage staff scheduling and recruitment operations to ensure the right people are always in the right roles. You'll handle rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and communication across teams-driving smooth operations and a culture of support and reliability.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in rostering software (Employment Hero preferred).
- Experience in recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Your Daily Tasks
- Manage and update rosters for around 100 employees using Employment Hero.
- Address employee inquiries and build strong relationships with the Australian team.
- Monitor staffing levels, identify shortages, and lead recruitment as needed.
- Maintain rosters four weeks in advance and make timely adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to welcome new hires and introduce them to families.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for support roles, from screening to virtual interviews.
- Post jobs on SEEK and social media, and screen candidates for business roles.
- Shortlist applicants and manage onboarding tasks and follow-ups.
