FP&A Associate is mainly responsible for developing, preparing, and improvement, of management reporting and financial analysis.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Contributes to the annual budget and forecast by communicating and validating OPEX assumptions together with Sales & Marketing and Admin Divisions. Help the team to contribute additional income and/or mitigate cost.
  • Provides key performance matrix through scorecard pertaining but not limited to DSO, DPO, AR Status, OPEX Variance, etc. and recommend an action for improvement to hit the target.
  • Provides Cost-benefit Analysis for every CAPEX Proposal to ensure the favorable returns to the Company.
  • Assist general accounting for their monthly P/L closing for the analysis and commentaries particularly on sales volume, price, and discounts.
  • Provide a sensitivity analysis between the standard and in any assumptions such as Price-off activity, bundling activation, BOTO, etc.
  • Set/Assist for new policies and/or revision associated with sales and trade marketing function to improve company's internal controls and mitigate errors/inefficiencies.
  • Support and do the task given by immediate superior.
  • Attending a meeting and conference that would help the team and other functions.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management. Assist general accounting for their monthly P/L closing for the analysis and commentaries particularly on operating expenses.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Required: College Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Management Accounting
  • Minimum Number of Years/ Relevant work experience: At least 2 years' experience in related field with solid understanding in Accounting and Finance. Background in SAP is an advantage.
  • Technical Competencies: Must have solid understanding in Financial and Cost Accounting
