As the FP&A Manager, you will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights that influence key business decisions. To work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with corporate goals and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes

· Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

· Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections

· Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business cases, pricing strategies, and investment decisions

· Partner with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals

· Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for board meetings and investor updates

· Oversee financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency

· Mentor and develop junior analysts within the FP&A team

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

· years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI, or similar tools is a plus

· Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
