Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Perform variance analysis between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
  • Create and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather data and understand key drivers of performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis and business case development.
  • Assist in cost control, margin analysis, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Banawe, Quezon City
