Grow Beyond UR Job with URC Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis to support key business decisions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. Budgeting And Forecasting Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide insightful analysis of variances. Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to guide decision‑making. Financial Analysis Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic initiatives. Performance Reporting Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics. Monitor and communicate financial performance against budget and forecasts. Cross‑functional Collaboration Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives. Support business units in understanding financial implications of their activities. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Drive initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data integrity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company preferred Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
