  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field A master's/MBA is a plus.)
  • Several years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related finance role (e.g. 2–5 years for Analyst level, 5+ for Manager).
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and financial modeling (e.g. advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario tools) .
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities; able to interpret complex data and draw insights .
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders .
  • Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments and build rapport with executives.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
