Job Title: HR Manager
Position Overview: The HR Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Human Resources department. This role ensures the effective execution of HR functions including employee records management, HR systems, compliance, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in HR practices and labour legislation. Minimum experience 3 years.
- Team Management:
o Supervise and support HR administrative staff (if applicable)
o Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the HR team
- Payroll & Compliance:
o Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
o Maintain benefits records and respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
o Support internal audits and ensure proper documentation is in place
o Maintain HR databases and generate regular reports for leadership
- Employee Relations Support:
o
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff
o
• Support the HR team in handling employee relations cases and performance management processes with assistance from Outforce
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
o Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, system setup, and orientation
o Facilitate smooth offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlements
Compensation Adjustment:
· In recognition of your increased responsibilities, you will receive an additional pesos on top of your base pay.
· Any taxable allowance previously granted for special tasks will be removed.
Accountability:
You are accountable for fulfilling the responsibilities outlined above daily. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may be considered negligence of work and can lead to disciplinary action, depending on the severity of the offense, up to and including possible termination.
