This role will be based in Taguig, Philippines, and will report into the regional lead based in Singapore.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth journey. It's not just about sales; it's about creating valuable connections and using data-driven insights to guide our path to success.
As a BDR at Lark, you won't just be making calls and sending emails. You'll be the analytical force that works closely with our sales team to unearth crucial insights and data. Your role will involve not only qualifying and screening potential business opportunities but also delving into the nitty-gritty details of requirements and assessing the propensity to buy.
But here's the essence of our approach: at Lark, we think of customer needs first and foremost. Your mission will be to introduce potential clients to the wide array of services, products, and solutions that Lark offers.
You'll be our brand ambassador, sharing Lark's unique value proposition with the world. Your goal is to secure follow-up meetings with key decision-makers, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss our products in depth with a dedicated sales account executive.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
You have previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience of a minimum of 3 years with a focus on outbound strategies in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software.
You possess a creative mindset. You have a keen eye for thinking outside the box to develop innovative sales prospecting and marketing ideas and campaigns.
You're customer-centric. You are passionate about our customers and will work relentlessly to prioritise their needs in every decision you make.
You are an analytical thinker and comfortable with presenting numbers. You will analyse data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to sales management. You will also provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics that assist in achieving Lark's business goals. You should be comfortable with numbers and be able to evaluate and report on the ROI of all initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset. You're down-to-earth and willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to tackle tasks, no matter how big or small.
You have knowledge of using SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and other similar tools.
You're passionate and possess strong curiosity.
You enjoy learning; staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to the business.
