We are seeking an organized and proactive Junior Client Manager with strong communication and project management skills. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordinating multiple projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets. The Junior Client Manager acts as the key link between clients and the project team, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish. This role requires a balance of people management, technical understanding, and planning expertise to align project goals with both client expectations and company standards.

Key Roles:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication at every stage.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects using structured project management practices.
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable plans and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and maintain client satisfaction levels.
  • Identify potential risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure all contractual and compliance requirements are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and feedback sessions.

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in the architectural design and construction industry, ideally in project management or client coordination.
  • Completed at least one residential or condominium fit-out project independently.
  • Strong foundation in project management frameworks, principles, and tools (PMP certification or formal training preferred).
  • Proven record of leading projects from concept to completion while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Solid experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with the ability to produce contract documents.
  • Familiarity with risk management and conflict resolution best practices.
  • Experienced in negotiating and managing project contracts.
  • Collaborative experience working with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
