Your Mission Will Be To

CSR Some presales (customer is having a problem placing their order, primarily post

  • sales (customer wants to cancel their order, stop automatic renewals from occurring, or hasn't received their subscription). To complete some customer requests (such as opting out or initiating certain refunds), there are additional forms to enter and submit, so minor data entry.
  • Operating our internal CS system and order management systems to provide support to customers via chat and email.
    Solved tickets per hour 9 or above, Satisfaction rating 85% or higher, OneTouch rating- 80% or higher
