The Role: Customer Service Champion

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly, professional voice that builds strong connections with our clients, customers, and online community. Your role involves managing social media interactions, addressing inquiries, handling reviews, supporting PR efforts, and assisting with e-commerce customer needs—including bookings for our trendy bar, electric vehicle inquiries, and product concerns across various divisions.

Your positive influence will help us maintain a consistent, friendly, and professional brand voice across all communication channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with Our Community: Respond swiftly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Protect Our Brand: Manage PR inquiries, influencer collaborations, and online sentiment, ensuring our brand's reputation shines.
  • Support E-Commerce Customers: Assist with order inquiries, returns, refunds, and product concerns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our online store.
  • Collaborate & Report: Track customer feedback, compile insights, and suggest improvements to elevate our customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, especially handling social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog, with excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, etc.) and messaging platforms.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and e-commerce dashboards is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or special campaign periods.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
