What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate and empathetic support for customer inquiries and issues
  • Respond to a small volume of daily emails as needed
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate customer concerns when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Ensure a positive customer experience while representing the brand
