  • You're dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured support environment where accuracy and timely resolutions are key. You communicate clearly and professionally through written channels and can handle a high volume of tickets with ease.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in eCommerce or managed complex support cases involving refunds, disputes, and order corrections.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk and email
  • Manage refund requests, address corrections, and dispute resolutions between buyers and sellers
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery or payment issues
  • Prioritize and process tickets efficiently, maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide clear, timely updates on resolutions

Working Hours
Full-time position with flexibility to manage approximately 600 tickets per week
