Admin Officer

Job Summary:
The Admin Officer is responsible for managing project documentation, supporting office operations, and assisting various teams to ensure smooth administrative workflows. The role ensures that all documents are organized, tracked, and properly distributed while providing general support to construction, HR, accounting, and site operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, recording, distribution, and tracking of all project documents, ensuring both hard and digital copies are filed systematically for easy access.
Maintain updated document logs and transmittals, including drawing and revision records.
Manage filing systems, office supplies, and basic administrative tasks such as booking meetings or deliveries.
Assist HR, accounting, and site teams with any document-related requirements.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when needed.
Report issues with document management systems or computers to the IT team for quick resolution.
Help gather and present documentation required for internal reviews.
Report workers' site attendance and progress in the designated group chat in coordination with the construction team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year Business course.
At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willing to be located in BGC, Taguig
