We are seeking a hands-on Operations Director to oversee our company's daily functionality. You will manage the intersection of strategic process improvement, physical/digital office management, and general administration to ensure our team operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Strategy: Audit and optimize internal workflows, manage the company tech stack, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scalability.
  • Office & Facilities: Manage physical office logistics (leases, maintenance, space planning) and oversee the hybrid/remote work infrastructure.
  • Administration: Oversee vendor contracts, procurement, and insurance/compliance requirements.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the Operations and Admin budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate expense tracking.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise administrative staff (Office Managers, EAs) and drive culture initiatives, including company retreats and events.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in Operations or Administration, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong background in Project Management, Budgeting, and Vendor Negotiations.
  • Tech: Proficiency with [Insert Key Tools, e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Google Workspace].
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to pivot quickly between high-level strategy and day-to-day logistics.
