  • Assist in processing permits of the company such as Business permits, Certificate of Registration (CR) and others related permits to operate.
  • Previous experience with government permit processing is preferred but full training will be provided.
  • Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/Laptops etc.)
  • Prepare petty cash and Prepare reimbursement, voucher and other claims.
  • Receptionist and telephone in charge
  • One of the point person or coordinate with the building ADMIN
  • Assist in office management (e.g. Photocopy machine, Printer, Telephone, electricity, water, AC and pantry
  • Properly file and monitor documents.
  • Coordinate with an accounting outsource or consultant regarding finance and account related matters.
  • Keep the facility always clean
  • Keeping the safety and security of children, guests inside the facility.
  • Experience working in childcare or educational facilities is preferred but entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Make work time more efficient and productive.
  • Attend professional meetings, conferences and training as requested by the management
  • Always imbibe and show positive work attitude in the performance of one`s duties and functions to create and keep a healthy and good interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
  • Strictly follow the rules and policies of Childcare Center Whiz Inc.
