Admin Associate / Receptionist
 to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; manage conference room bookings
  • Support other departments with data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain contact lists, internal records, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with facility vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
  • Familiarity with administrative tools like calendars, email scheduling tools, etc.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving skills
