Receptionist/ Front Desk Admin

We are looking to hire a front desk officer to ensure smooth flow of operations and member experience in the gym. This post will be directly supervised by the Operations Manager and Director of Coaching and Programming.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update member accounts
- Inventory management
- Correspond and coordinate with suppliers (includes supplements and beverages, front desk office supplies, and toiletries)
- Confirm appointments and assist client walk-ins
- Respond to inquiries onsite
- Supervise the maintenance staff and daily operations
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable conversing in English
- Intermediate fluency in English conversation is required
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Past experience in customer relations and administrative work
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer relations experience is required
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative work experience is required
- Teachable and shows incentive towards excellent customer service
- Welcomes instruction and growth
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Team player with a potential and initiative to grow into leadership roles
- Must enjoy working with and being around a diverse group of people
