Job Description:

 Oversee the daily operation of Spares Parts Business; Customer Service, Inventory Management,

Warehouse and Distribution.

 Liaise with Customers, RSPC (Regional Spare Parts Center), HQ (Head Quarter) and Logistics

Service Provider.

 Provides assistance to internal and external customers on their requests, queries & other Spare

Parts Business-related concerns.

 Generate & submit essential reports for both internal & external parties.

 Monitors the Logistics Service Provider's compliance in Daily Inbound & Outbound Clearing

and resolve any irregularities or discrepancy issues that may arise.

 Conduct regular Inventory Stocktaking and Warehouse Inspections. Review and analyze the

results enable to ensure that the required inventory accuracy level and warehouse specifications

are met.

 Assist in evaluation of the Logistics Service Provider's Monthly Performance.

 Participate on the Internal & External Control Audits.

 Process suppliers' billing invoices.

 Process and arrange "Return to HQ" shipments regularly.

 Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Candidate Requirement:

Background technical and language skills.

 Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accountancy,

Engineering and other related courses.

 Must be able to communicate effectively in English language.

 At least with 1 year working experience in warehousing, inventory management &

subcontractor management

 Customer service oriented and has good interpersonal skills.

 Savvy in Microsoft Office platform, specifically in Excel.

 Can work in multicultural environment and also can work under pressure with less supervision.

 Team player, flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.

 Must possess strong analytical skills and result oriented.
