The role encompasses handling compensation and benefits processes to ensure they run smoothly and comply with relevant laws. It also involves managing the HRIS database to maintain accurate employee information, including profiles and benefits data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs;
  • Manage the HRIS database to ensure accurate update records of employee information, including employee profile and benefits data;
  • Manage the inventory of 201 files and ensure accuracy and completeness of the information;
  • Handle the administration of employee benefits, including HMO, statutory benefits, and payroll;
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits related questions and issues to our Makati and branches.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration;
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regularizations related to compensation and benefits, and ensure that the company remains compliant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or other related courses.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
