Officer in Charge

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic OIC to join our team in SM San Mateo llaollao is the number one European frozen yogurt brand in the world.

As an Officer-In-Charge at llaollao under Palomo & Co Ventures, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our llaollao store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will supervise and support the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help maintain our store's high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Lead: Oversee and guide the team during shifts, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Store maintains a welcoming and clean environment
• Operations Management: Handle day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition. Ensuring that the yogurt and toppings are prepared and displayed properly, monitoring freshness and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance and product knowledge.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, process transactions accurately, and perform cash reconciliations at the end of each shift. Should be proficient in operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring that all transactions are handled promptly and accurately. At the end of your shift, reconciling the POS system, ensuring that the total sales match the amount of cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods processed during the day. Responsible for preparing financial reports, such as sales summaries or inventory reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Sales and Marketing: Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and engage customers, including maintaining displays and promoting special offers.
• Reporting: Complete shift reports and communicate any issues or concerns to upper management as needed. Provide regular reports to higher management regarding store performance, including sales, inventory levels and employee performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in management or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
