DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates with the Senior Crewing Officer regarding crewing matters for specific Principals as maybe assigned from time to time.
  • Directly communicate with the specific assigned Principals & attending port agents regarding crewing matters.
  • Supervises the processing of documentation, dispatch & embarkation, disembarkation of all Seafarers.
    1. The Fleet Personnel Planner is in-charge of all flight arrangements of joining and disembarking Seafarers.
  • Attends to newly disembarked crew members by setting an appointment with Crewing Officer and checking the travel and other legal documents to ensure validities.
  • Ensures that requirements/documents for joining Seafarers are valid & complete to dispatch.
  • Supervises Document Assistants in filing of 201 file of crew members by following the proper procedures in the filing system to help the company attain the gear towards Quality System compliance.
  • Encodes and updates finalized ship's file – Checklist, Crew Change Plan, Crew Manifest, and Reserved List.
  • Monitors that the Document Assistants have prepared the requirements needed for visa applications of crew and it is filed on time. Ensures that crew documents are correct and complete prior visa application.
  • Checks the training courses needed and required for specific principals.
  • Files Crew debriefing sheet and updates the IRIS Crewing System.
  • Prepares Monthly Deployment Report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
