Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support document control functions. The role involves managing, verifying, and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality, while performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, categorize, and upload documents into designated systems following established procedures.
- Review, verify, and accurately label documents for consistency and compliance.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify and flag missing, incorrect, or mislabeled records for correction.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document updates, and basic clerical tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in repetitive tasks.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and discretion when working with confidential data.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
