Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing marketing strategies, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives through effective sales and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and marketing materials
  • Maintain and update client database, follow up on inquiries, and manage client communication
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to align client needs with service offerings
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
  • Assist in brand development and online presence management (social media, website, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in construction, real estate, or design-related industries)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva & Capcut (and others) and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
