Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and digitally savvy Marketing Staff who will take the lead in strengthening our online presence and generating high-quality leads across multiple social media platforms. You'll be the creative engine behind our campaigns — from creating content that converts to executing strategies that bring in real, measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, captions, reels, stories) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity aligned with the company's image.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve engagement strategies.
  • Respond to inquiries, messages, and comments professionally and promptly.

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Collaborate with the design and operations team to produce marketing collaterals (banners, infographics, promotional videos).
  • Develop social media campaigns and seasonal promotions aligned with marketing goals.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's online portfolio and project highlights.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting potential clients through paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
  • Track, manage, and follow up on leads generated from social media and online campaigns & lead generation managers.
  • Coordinate with the sales or operations team to convert leads into inquiries and project opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports on updates, conversion rates and ROI.

4. Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, or company expos.
  • Support internal marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (experience in construction, real estate, or design industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
  • Proficient in Canva, Capcut, Meta Business Suite, and basic video/photo editing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance tracking.

  • Self-starter, creative, and can work under minimal supervision.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
