Pag-asa Steel Works, Inc. seeks a Marketing and Customer Service Staff to support data management and analysis for identifying new business opportunities and handle corporate branding activities. Duties include project planning support and managing customer inquiries. This role reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and collaborates with the Business Development Manager.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing or a similar role is preferred
  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, discretion (particularly regarding confidential/sensitive documents and information), and good judgment
  • Prior experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior-level managers is preferred
  • Continuous improvement mindset – ability to evaluate and improve existing processes
  • Prior experience in both a corporate and entrepreneurial environment is preferred
  • Prior experience in supplier and contracts management (including RFPs, bids, quotes, negotiations) preferred
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak and listen well

  • Computer proficiency

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) mandatory

  • Proficiency in graphic design, photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and video editing software strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in statistical and reporting software (Business Objects) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with ERP software strongly preferred
