Responsibilities:

·       Prepare sales invoices

·       Manage customer credit files

·       Monitor collections of accounts receivable including wire credits and manage the timely depositing of checks.

·       Maintain customers and third-party records intact and protect Company's interest by keeping matters confidential

·       Update receivables ledger and OR monitoring sheet·

·       Prepare monthly schedules of identified accounts·

·       Compile supporting schedules

·       Prepare other special reports as required

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or any numeric discipline

· years of meaningful experience·

·       Knowledge on Accounting Ratio, Systems and Microsoft Office·

·       General accounting experience

·       AR cycle expertise

·       Good at assessments and decision making

·       Time management

·       Diligence

·       Solid collection, analytical and negotiating skills·

·       Forward thinker

·       Accurate planning for cash flows and operations efficiency·

·       Writing and communication proficiency

·       Accounting standards and relevant tax rulings.

·       Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City or Mckinley, BGC
