We're hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to join our client's team in the women's fashion space. This role is for someone who understands how to scale ecommerce brands through Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising and can take full ownership of performance.

About the Client

Our client is a fast growing brand in women's fashion with regular product drops and a strong online presence. They're looking for someone who can manage their paid ads, increase ROAS, and bring in consistent, profitable traffic.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Build, test, and scale campaigns for new collections and ongoing products
  • Create and refine audiences based on behaviour, interests, and past purchases
  • Analyse performance daily and suggest data driven improvements
  • Write ad copy that resonates with a women's fashion audience
  • Coordinate with the creative team to produce strong ad creatives
  • Conduct competitor research and trend analysis
  • Report on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and key metrics
  • Continuously test ad variations to improve results

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience running Google, Meta, and TikTok ads
  • Strong background in ecommerce campaign optimisation
  • Experience with fashion or beauty brands is a major advantage
  • Ability to scale campaigns profitably
  • Strong skills in data interpretation and optimisation
  • Good English communication
  • Ability to work independently and own performance
  • Familiarity with Shopify and tracking tools like GA4 is a plus
